The venue for the conference is the Fraternity Club, 11 Bourke St., Fairy Meadow, about 3 km north of Wollongong CBD.

There is ample parking at the club which is on the corner of Bourke St and Princes Hwy and only 1 block from Fairy Meadow station.

The club is also on the route of the Gong Shuttle, a free shuttle bus service which runs a circular route in both directions 7 days a week around central Wollongong (Bus nos. 55A & 55C).
